Rental & Lease Space Information

The City of Munford is happy to host your event. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at reservation of the facility or event if made more than three weeks in advance of event. The remainder of the fee is due by the last business day the week prior to the event if you schedule more than three weeks in advance of event. If reservation is made less than three weeks from event, total cost including full rental and cleaning fees are required at time of reservation.

If payment has been made in full and cancellation is more than three weeks in advance of the event, the customer will receive a refund of all fees minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.

If there is a conflict and you need to reschedule, there is a one-time option to re-schedule the event or rental within thirty days of cancelled event, but no refund of deposit will be made.

Terms of Use:

• Rental includes table and chairs.
• Smoking is not allowed in the facility and must be 50ft from entrance if smoking outside.
• Rental rates and time include set-up and clean-up.
• Drugs, inappropriate behavior, or illegal activity on the premises may result in prosecution, and immediate event cancellation with no refund.
• Activities that result in/or cause disruption, damage or a safety hazard will not be permitted and immediate cancellation with no refund.
• In case of excessive clean-up or damage, the renter or responsible party will be billed and held liable for the cost incurred.
• Renter releases the City of Munford from all liabilities from accidents, spills, or damages incurred by the renter or for lost or stolen property.
